Things haven’t been coming nice for the New Zealand cricket team after they abandoned their Pakistan tour abruptly. Notably, just hour before the start of the first ODI between Pakistan and New Zealand, the visitors cancelled the tour citing security reasons.

With this decision there has been mixed emotions running across social media platforms. While some have supported this act, others are with host country who faced such a reaction despite keeping all the regulations in place. One such reaction which caught the attention was that of Pakistan pacer Mohammad Amir.

The left-arm pacer criticised New Zealand for abandoning the tour as he said that their decision will come back to bite them in the future.

"[Hi New Zealand] might b we as a Pakistani will forgive u because we are a loving nation but this act will bite u in future for sure," he said.
