New Zealand debutant Devon Conway on Thursday registered his name in the history books after scoring a double century on debut in Tests. Conway, who scored his 1st Test century on Wednesday, continued to put the English bowlers on the backfoot with his resilient batting. The South African- born cricketer became the seventh player to score a double ton on Test debut and helped the Blackcaps to register 377 runs on the scoreboard in the opening Test of the two-match series.
While his innings left the cricket fans in awe, some Indian fans displayed mixed emotions on social media as the WTC final is just around the corner.
