The popular game series, Far Cry, is coming back with its sixth edition and the date of the gameplay reveal now has been finally announced. Developer Ubisoft has announced that Far Cry 6’s gameplay reveal will take place on May 28 at 5:30 pm BST (10:00 pm IST).

The gaming company also released a new teaser that features Giancarlo Esposito’s Anton Castillo talking to the people of the island nation of Yara, where he is the dictator.

The game takes place on the fictional island of Yara. The island is described as “the largest Far Cry playground to date”. Yara is ruled by “El Presidente” Antón Castillo, a dictator with full control over the island.

Far Cry 6 was originally scheduled to be released in February

Ubisoft’s Far Cry 6 was originally set to be released on February 18, 2021, but the release was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
