The KL Rahul-led Lucknow Super Giants team came back beautifully with the ball at the death against Sunrisers Hyderabad making sure the Orange Army would be still waiting for their first win. Though the performance of Kane Williamson’s team has improved from their first encounter against Rajasthan Royals, few fans are disappointed with the brand of game that has been put on display. They’ve expressed their share of opinions on social media.

Meanwhile, an Indian former cricketer Manoj Tiwary who went unsold at the IPL mega auction has also expressed his feelings about making a comeback. Although it was not obvious, his tweet did seem to convey that meaning. The Sports Minister of West Bengal listed himself at Rs. 50 lakhs at IPL auctions, but never got picked.

"Still available, #LSGvsSRH," his tweet read soon after Monday’s game between the two franchises has been finished. It is very clear for the fans to draw conclusions that his tweet is directed toward the 2016 IPL champions. Fans of the franchise are upset right from the completion of the auction and two straight losses have just increased their agony that much more.

In the game against SRH, LSG’s KL Rahul, Deepak Hooda recorded their individual fifties in the Innings re-building process which was jolted early by the SRH attack. The pace duo of Avesh Khan and Jason Holder shared seven wickets between themselves as they helped LSG defeat SRH by 12 runs in match 12 of IPL 2022 at the D.Y Patil Stadium on Monday. The result meant LSG bagged 4 points from 3 games and SRH are still waiting for their first victory of the season.

Meanwhile, Avesh bowled a brilliant 18th over and made sure that he gives absolutely nothing away. He ended up picking four wickets for the first time in his IPL career. After that match-winning performance, he credited his mother for all the success. She is hospitalized currently.
