Three day-long 2022 PUBG Mobile World Invitational Main Tournament has concluded with Thailand-based organisation - Vampire Esports crowned as the champions of the main tournament with 220 points. Falcons Esports from the host country Saudi Arabia finished at the second position on the leaderboard with 197 points.  

Stalwart Esports came third with 180 points. Nigma Galaxy and DAMWON Gaming finished at fourth and fifth place respectively. India's representation in the tournament Team SouL secured 11th place with 102 points after winning the final match of the day. 

Action from Stalwart Esports was named the MVP of the Main Event with a total of 37 kills at an average elimination ratio of 2.06 while giving out average damage of 425 in each match. Action carried his team to third place in the event. He started the event with 17 kills on Day 1 but took a dip on the second day as he bagged 10 eliminations. However, he redeemed himself on the final day of the event, registering 13 kills.

The winning team Vampire Esports’ MIKE finished second in the MVP race as he was dominant throughout the tournament. He had an average elimination ratio of 1.89 and also won the Gunslinger award in the event.

WAVE, another member of Vampire Esports, had a third place on the MVP list. He, along with all his other teammates, dominated on all three days and eventually took home the title. WAVE also received the Grenade Master award of the main event.

The top 5 teams of the PUBG Mobile World Invitational 2022 Main tournament have directly qualified for the Afterparty Showdown where they will battle for a massive prize pool of $1,000,000 USD. The 2022 PUBG Mobile World Invitational Afterparty Showdown will feature a total of 12 teams. The event will take place between 18-20 August 2022 in Riyadh, KSA and would include six teams from chosen regions along with one team with a special invite.
