A day to forget but can't be forgotten, such has been Royal Challengers Bangalore's (RCB) relation with 23rd April. While they have also scored their highest-ever total on the same date, they also have registered their two lowest totals on 23 April. The first one came in 2017 against Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and the second one came today against Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH).

Hyderabad completely outplayed RCB in all departments in the 36th match of IPL 2022. Right after winning the toss, Marco Jansen did some big damage upfront. The left-arm pacer took three wickets in the first over itself and removed RCB's top three.

The other SRH bowlers built on the momentum provided by Jansen as they bundled RCB for a mere 68. T Natarajan also joined the party with his three wickets. Meanwhile, J Suchith took a brace. Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Umran Malik took a wicket each.

For RCB, it was a dreadful performance as only two of their eleven batters could enter into double-digit scores. Virat Kohli registered his second golden duck of the season in the second consecutive game. With RCB failing to leave an impact, Twitter users came hard at them. The Faf du Plessis-led team was brutally trolled for their shambolic performance against SRH.
