With Team India all set for their highly-anticipated tour of England, the details about their travel dates have now been confirmed. There have been lot of talks about when the teams will depart and what will be the quarantine schedule amid the ongoing pandemic. All the questions have now been answered with a plan already in place for the same.

Considering that both men's and women's team have fixtures in England around the same time, it has been decided that both the teams will be travelling together in the same chartered flight, something which will be happening for the first time ever in history of Indian cricket. While the Men in Blue have to play the WTC final from June 18, the Women in Blue will begin their series against England with a historic Test, starting on June 16.

When will Team India leave for England?

"We have been asked to gather on May 19. After the hard quarantine, we will fly to  England in June,” one of the players travelling with the women’s team told InsideSport. Post the quarantine, the whole contingent will leave for England together on June 2 from Mumbai. Both the teams will undergo week-long isolation on reaching England, before they will be allowed to start training.
