Team India captain Virat Kohli took to social media on Friday to share a picture wherein he demonstrated how players feel while playing in bio-bubbles. Kohli posted an image of him sitting on a chair while being restricted by a rope, which was tied around him. The picture seemed like that from an ad shoot.

Notably, Virat Kohli & co. have been in the bio-bubble since June this year (ICC WTC 2021 Final). Thereafter, the team was in the bio-bubble for India's 5-match Test series in England. Then, Kohli and other Indian players arrived in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) for the Indian Premier League.

Kohli will now remain in the UAE to lead Team India in the forthcoming T20 World Cup. Kohli captioned his post, "This is what playing in bubbles feels like."

While former England captain Kevin Pietersen didn't stay behind and commented on Kohli's post, "Players/broadcasters are DONE with them! Great pic, dude! ?."

Bio-bubble fatigue has often been a problem for several international players. Earlier this year, South Africa spinner Tabraiz Shamsi opined that cricketers sometimes feel like 'caged circus animals' when going through tours in bio-bubbles. Indian fast bowler Mohammed Shami has also spoken about the struggles of playing in bio-bubble.

"I don't think everyone truly understands the impact these things have on us, our families and our lives outside of cricket. Sometimes it just feels like we are caged circus animals who only get taken outside when it's time to practice and play matches to entertain the crowds," Shamsi had tweeted.

Virat Kohli-led RCB exited IPL 2021 after losing the Eliminator to Kolkata Kngiht Riders on Monday. Fans reacted with memes after Kohli's latest post. A fan wrote, "IPL trophy churate pakde gaye virat kohli" while another wrote, "Virat kohli captaincy in IPL be like."
