Former India captain Virat Kohli recently shared a picture of himself and his wife, Bollywood star Anushka Sharma, as they were on a playdate with their daughter Vamika. The picture was shared on Instagram with a caption of a red heart emoji. The couple managed to find time as Virat is playing in the IPL for the Royal Challengers Banglore while Anushka Sharma is preparing for her role in the film, ‘Chakda Express’, a biopic on India cricketer Jhulan Goswami.

The couple didn’t share the picture of their daughter as they want to keep her away from the media glare built up on the internet. But recently, some of Vamika’s pictures were captured at the stadium and were shared on the internet without consent. Responding to this, Anushka Sharma wrote on her Instagram Stories and requested that people take down these pictures.

She wrote, "Hi guys! We realise that our daughter's images were captured at the stadium yesterday and widely shared thereafter. We want to inform everyone that we were caught off guard and didn't know that the camera was on us. Our stance and request on the matter stays the same. We would really appreciate if Vamika's images are not clicked/published for reasons we have explained earlier."

Kohli opens up about ABD

Before his next IPL match against the Kolkata Knight Riders, Virat Kolhi talked about his feelings when former South Africa and RCB batter Ab De Villiers announced his retirement in an interview with RCB.com.  Kohli said, “It’s a very strange feeling. I got very emotional, and the voice note was very emotional for me when he said, ‘Look, I don’t have it in me anymore’. I’ve shared so many moments with him - highs and lows - he’s been right next to me through thick and thin. I was actually thinking about it the other day. If we manage to win the title in the coming seasons - this one, next one, whatever it is - I would be very emotional thinking about him first.

“Rather than what I would experience after such hard work of so many years, I would actually think of him, how much it’d still mean to him, watching from home. He’s a special human being, he’s touched everyone’s lives here. We can all vouch for that, he’s been amazing. I don’t think there’s one person here who can say ‘AB has not contributed to my life in some way or the other’.”
