The IPL 2022 mega auction has been quite a dramatic one so far, with so much money being spent by all the teams. While the players have taken the centre stage, the owner of Delhi Capitals – Kiran Kumar Grandhi – has also become a major talking point among the fans on social media.
DC have been one of the most active franchises in the auction so far, going after quite a lot of players. The aggressive bidding approach by them has resulted in the prices of players getting inflated, leaving the other owners quite disappointed.

However, it looked like the DC owner was not really happy to secure the signing of Khaleel Ahmed at Rs 5.25 crore, where the franchise were involved in an intense bidding war with Mumbai Indians.
