Adama Traore has officially joined his former club FC Barcelona on Wednesday, following his January move from Wolverhampton Wanderers on loan. And if reports are to believe, the 26-year-old Spaniard is set to wear the No. 11 shirt at the club. The specific number got vacant after Yusuf Demir returned to Rapid Vienna. Traore is expected to make his second debut for the Blaugrana this weekend against arch-rivals Atletico Madrid in a crucial encounter.

Traore may see Xavi switching him to a wing-back system without an impressive performance from Sergio Dest and Sergi Roberto. Adama's sheer pace and physicality are his strength, due to which it can be tricky for opponents' defence to contain him.

But, Adama may need some help from seniors like Xavi to improve his end product during matches. However, Adama's association with the club was widely expected, and in a recent clip that is being circulated on social media, it seems that even destiny wished for the same.

Recently, an old video of 9-year-old Adama Traore taking football class from Xavi and Iniesta in 2005 was widely circulated on social media sites, Twitter. As per reports, Adama joined the programme called 'La Classe del Barça' on TV3, where he was seen taking dribbling lessons from the football greats.

In the 47-seconds long video, Xavi was seen teaching dribbling lessons to dodge the opponents to Adama and his other mates. As evident in the video, it was apparent that seniors were highly impressed with Adama's skills and much have expected him to do well in the future. But little they knew that the same teenager would join them in one of the world's best football club one day.

Traore has played the majority of his career as a right-sided winger. However, the Spaniard has displayed skills to play as a forward in a two-pronged attack or on the left flank, whereas he has also been used in a wing-back role in the past. Reportedly, Barcelona manager Xavi Hernandez sees the former Aston Villa and Middlesbrough winger as a good fit for two positions on the pitch. As per several reports, the manager plans to use Traore in his preferred position on the right flank but also has ideas of deploying him as a right-sided wing-back when he decides to switch to a three-at-the-back system.
