The latest addition in the list of Bollywood actors who have a soft corner for the game of cricket is Vicky Kaushal. The URI actor has shared a video on social media in which he can be seen playing cricket on the film set in Indore. Vicky Kaushal shared a video on his Instagram story and wrote “Nothing better than sneaking out time for some cricket on set (sic).”

In the video, it can be seen that the actor not only played the game but nailed the shot. In the 13 second long video, Vicky is seen smashing the bowler around the long-on region while the spectators are heard shouting “shottt”.

Vicky Kaushal is currently in Indore

The 33-year-old actor is back to work after a big marriage ceremony. He is currently in Indore shooting for his next film. Vicky Kaushal last appeared in ‘Sardar Udham’ where he had played the role of famous Indian revolutionary Udham Singh who was a close aid to Shaheed Bhagat Singh. The film portrays the journey of a young boy from Punjab who does everything possible to fight the Britishers and ends up in London prison for assassinating one of the high-ranked officers Michale O’Dwyer.

The film received immense praise from critics. Everything from the performances of Kaushal and the supporting cast, realistic portrayal of the Jallianwala Bagh massacre, the setting of the pre-independent India, technical aspects, script, and direction has won the hearts of people. On the review aggregator website Rotten Tomatoes, the film holds an approval rating of 94% based on 16 reviews, with an average rating of 7.30/10.
