There is a remarkable connection that fans share with their favourite sporting team, club or franchise and sometimes there are no words to describe it. In quite the most unusual ways, fans sometimes get the feeling that they are part of the journey, the successes and failures that the team or player they love has undergone are their personal gains or losses.
One such AS Roma fan decided that his favourite club and its manager Jose Mourinho will bear witness to one of the most special moments of his life. The fan decided to propose to his girlfriend in front of Mourinho and in a heartwarming moment, she said yes before the couple shared an emotional moment.

Earlier Mourinho had taken to Instagram to boast about his new tattoo. He used it as a way to show off his coaching accomplishments. In his post on Instagram, The Special One was found showing off the artwork on his right arm that displays the Champions League Trophy between the Europa League and Europa Conference League trophies.
“This is my tattoo. The joy of the Roman people led me to do it. Then I thought about something special, something that would honour all the clubs where I won European competitions. At the same time, I wanted a unique tattoo, one that, so far, I am the only one who can have it… Alberto showed me some proposals, I just changed a few details. Here is my tattoo,” he had captioned the post.
There is hardly any doubt about Mourinho's capabilities as a football strategist and manager. In fact, he once again managed to rope in Nemanja Matic. The midfielder himself admitted that he shared a good relationship with manager, having worked with him before which is one of the reasons he made the move to Italy.
"I already worked with him, we have a good connection and he is one of the reasons why I came here," Matic said.
"It’s not only easy to work with him, it can be hard! But he’s a winner and he’s exactly what I want from my coach and exactly what I like to do in my career is to win. He’s a winner, he transmits that energy to the players. I hope we can do big things together," he added.
