With two giants of European football, Barcelona and Juventus, taking on each other all eyes were glued on Barca’s new signing Robert Lewandowski. Although it was a friendly game, fans turned out in large numbers to witness the action. While Lewandowski did not score a goal, much-maligned Ousmane Dembele grabbed eyeballs with his two goals. On the back of these two brilliant goals from the Frenchman, Barcelona drew 2-2 against Juventus.

Not only with his goals, but Dembele also grabbed some attention with his celebration after scoring these two goals. The Frenchman brought out Stephen Curry’s ‘Night Night’ celebration after he scored the two goals in the 34th and 40th minutes. The right winger got the first goal for Barcelona as he cut in from the right wing before lashing the ball past Wojciech Szczesny. As soon as Dembele netted the goal, the winger brought out Curry’s famous ‘Night Night’ celebration.

For his second goal, Dembele showed great dribbling and composure, picking out the bottom corner of Szczesny’s net with his left foot this time. He did the celebration once again to entertain his fans.

Curry reacts!

With Dembele enacting Curry’s famous celebration, the NBA player also reacted to Barcelona’s post that showed the footballer enacting the celebration. “A movement!!” Curry wrote while resharing Barcelona’s post.

He is special: Xavi Hernandez

After his brilliance against Juventus, Barca coach Xavi Hernandez was all praise for the Frenchman as he called him a special player. However, he also demanded some consistency from the 25-year-old. “Dembele? Today he has shown what he is capable of,” Xavi was quoted saying by Barça Universal after the match. “He is special, there are not many like him. He needs to make a difference and it has to be more consistent.”
