The 35th match of IPL 2022 is underway at the DY Patil Stadium in Mumbai between Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and Gujarat Titans (GT). As the 15th edition of the Indian Premier League is seeing fans into the stadiums after a long time, it is exciting for both players as well as the spectators.

There have been so many instances already in this season where fans have caught the eye of the cameraman with some interesting banners. The first game of Saturday's doubleheader saw one such interesting banner. A couple of young fans were seen holding a banner with "Don't show us on camera" text written on it.

While they urged the cameraman to not show them on TV as 'their parents knew they were at college', the complete opposite of it happened. The cameraman showed them on live TV during the 7th over of the Gujarat innings. However, as he read the text written, he took the camera off them immediately.

Gujarat manage 156 in 20 overs

Now coming to the first innings from Gujarat Titans, the Hardik Pandya-led team could manage to post 156/9 in their quota of 20 overs. As the pitch looked a bit sluggish, the batters struggled to get going. Only Hardik Pandya found his rhythm and scored his third consecutive half-century of the season. The Gujarat captain played his shots freely to keep the KKR bowlers on their toes.

Apart from Hardik, Wriddhiman Saha, David Miller, and Rahul Tewatia were the batters to enter double-digit scores. While Saha departed after scoring a run-a-ball 25, Miller scored 27 runs off 20 balls. Rahul Tewatia became Andre Russell's victim after scoring 17 off 12 balls. Six of Gujarat batters returned to the pavilion with single-digit scores, three of them going for naught.
