When we talk about global stars in sports who have a huge fan following in every part of the world, footballer Lionel Messi would probably be somewhere around the very top on that list. The little magician recently moved from Barcelona to PSG and things have never been the same in Paris since then. From the stadium to the streets, the local fans are leaving no stone unturned to get one glimpse of the six-time Ballon d'Or winner.
An example of the same was witnessed recently when some of the PSG players went for a show by Colombian singer Camilo, at Teatro La Cigale, in Paris. Lionel Messi, Angel Di María, Keylor Navas and Mauro Icardi were some of the stars seen in the audience, much to the excitement of all the other attendees.
Focus of fans shift from concert to Messi
Although it was not easy for the fans to spot any footballer amid so much crowd, there was just no stopping them when some of them discovered Lionel Messi in the arena. Suddenly, the focus very quickly shifted from the artist to Messi as everyone's attention was certainly deviated from the stage to the seat where the Argentine was sitting.
A video claimed to be from the same concert has been shared on social media, which clearly reflects the craze around Lionel Messi among the public in Paris. In the footage, it is quite evident that the crowd is more interested in capturing the image of Messi than enjoying the concert.

Although the limelight was stolen from him, Camilo was not bothered by it as he expressed his gratitude to PSG players for attending his concert. “Wow the night we spent in Paris today! For my family it was an immense blessing to receive the visit of people we admire so much, but above all they are wonderful human beings, with giant hearts! Thank you for coming with your families to the show," thanked Camilo on social media.
