About Jeddah Street Circuit

It is a 6.175 km long circuit with 27 turns, making it fast and challenging at the same time. The track is expected to be quicker than Silverstone circuit as the average speed could touch 252.8 km/h. It will also be the second-longest circuit in F1 2021 calendar, only behind Spa-Francorchamps in Belgium (7.004 km). With 27 corners, this circuit will have maximum number of turns this season, surpassing Marina Bay Street Circuit, Singapore (23 corners) and Yas Marina Circuit, Abu Dhabi (21 corners).

While the exact number of DRS zones at Jeddah Street Circuit will be decided by FIA, it is expected that the track could potentially have up to 3 DRS Zones. If that is true, it could eventually turn out be one of the most exciting races of the season, with plenty of fast overtakes on offer. The circuit is set to host its debut Grand Prix on December 5, 2021.
