'The Notorious' has been posting his training videos, although there is yet no clarity regarding the potential timeline of his return in the cage. The Irishman recently posted a series of image from training in Mallorca, in which he gave a worrying sign of his leg injury by writing, "if you cant hold you leg out straight at high kick level and maintain your balance and control here, you cant pick to the absolute level that you can kick at."
He further mentioned that he cannot kick at the 'absolute level' but he admitted he is aware of where he needs to go and 'awareness' is half the battle won in combat. "I have the awareness that still despite all I am levels above all of those in my radar space of future fighting opponents. By a wide margin. And also that I’ve a steel bar in one of them. And it’s like a whip," he wrote.
Amidst so much going with Conor McGregor, 'The Notorious' received mixed reaction from fans over his post teaching basics of fighting to his son. While many fans lauded Conor McGregor's parenting skills, there were few who felt otherwise and called out the former UFC double champ for forcing his son to train despite latter's obvious disinterest. Iranian kickboxer Sina Karimian commented on the video saying, "Your boy is not interested in martial arts champ."
