The much-awaited IPL 2022, featuring 10 teams, is just a few days away from now and the broadcasters are leaving no stone unturned in creating a buzz around the same. The 15th edition of the tournament is set to commence on March 26 and Star Sports have started a campaign #YeAbNormalHai featuring MS Dhoni.
Every promo has a message attached to it, which reflects the essence of Indian Premier League. From "Pagalpan Ab Normal Hai" to "Bahaanebaazi Ab Normal hai," it's been quite an entertaining watch for fans. Recently, MSD was seen in the latest promo of IPL 2022 which said, "Dhamaake Ab Normal Hai" which was based on the fact that any team could win this season.
Pant steals the show in hilarious IPL 2022 promo
No matter if Mumbai Indians or Chennai Super Kings have dominated the tournament over the years, the promo focuses on the fact that one cannot rule any team out of contention. And now, much to everyone's surprise, a new ad has been released which features the captain of Delhi Capitals - Rishabh Pant.
In a hilarious footage, the bomb diffusers can be seen making fun of Pant by claiming that they will cut the wire of blue colour (of DC) since the franchise has not blasted ever since IPL 2008 i.e. no trophies for the franchise.
As it turns out, the bomb does blast when the wire is cut which is when Pant issues a warning by stating, "Hamare Delhi wale Blue pe, kabhi na uthana sawal. Jo kabhi na fatta, vo bhi fatt sakta hai iss saal," with the promo ending with slogan "Pehla Dhamaka Ab Normal Hai".
The promo signifies the fact that we can't rule out the probability of a new winner this season in form of Delhi Capitals, Royal Challengers Bangalore, Punjab Kings, Lucknow Super Giants or Gujarat Titans. It will be intriguing to see who is the next player in line to feature in new promo of IPL 2022.
