The ongoing must-win game between India Women and South Africa Women brought the best out of Indian players. After putting up a competitive total of 274/7 in 50 overs, The Women in Blue also displayed their collective effort in the second innings. While chasing, Laura Wolvaardt and Lizelle Lee (6 off 15) came out to open the innings.

Both the batters looked quite compatible and played some cracking shots all-around before Harmanpreet's stunning piece of fielding provided her side much-needed breakthrough in a must-win game. The brilliant piece of fielding from Kaur was evident in the 4th over of the second innings when Wolvaardt clipped fullish delivery to mid-wicket, and the batters set off for a tight single. But Kaur, who was brilliant with the bat today, moved to her right quickly and picked up the ball to inflict the stumps at the keeper's end with a direct hit.

Kaur's brilliance provided a much-needed breakthrough to India and got rid of Lee quite early in the game.
