After a scintillating batting performance, Harmanpreet Kaur has continued to make an impact on the game as she took an absolute blinder of a catch to send back Shafali Verma on 51.

In the 10th over, as Deandra Dottin bowled a short ball outside the off-stump, Verma slashed hard. But there was Harmanpreet Kaur waiting at the short-third man area as she sprung to her left and held on to the catch.

When Kaur along with Taniya Bhatia put up 82 runs in the next ten overs. In this partnership, the Supernova Captain was the aggressor as she smashed 71 runs in 51 balls with seven fours and three long sixes while batting at a strike rate of 139.2.

While talking in the mid-game interview, Kaur talked about her plan of putting runs on the board as she said, “We were looking to get a partnership. we always look to improve. But things don't always happen as you plan. I am happy we were able to put runs on the board towards the end. If we keep getting wickets this total should be good enough.”
