The runners-up of UCL 2020-21, Manchester City, are all set to kick off this year's Champions League campaign on Wednesday evening when they welcome RB Leipzig at the Etihad Stadium. Pep Guardiola's side is in remarkable form heading into the match, having won three consecutive games in Premier League. The side scored 11 goals and conceded none which just speaks volumes about the quality of the group of players at their disposal.

However, with great quality players comes greater responsibility! It is never an easy task to manage a group of such star-studded squad as only 11 of them can start a particular game. Pep has had issues with players complaining about the lack of playing time in last couple of seasons but the 50-year-old has somehow managed to deal with those situations like a top manager. This year, he faces another interesting dilemma with two top players at his disposal to play at right wing - Riyad Mahrez and Gabriel Jesus.

Mahrez and Jesus go up against each other in training session

In the five games so far played this season, Mahrez has started two at the right flank while Jesus has started the rest of 3 games. It's been an exciting competition so far for that one spot and with Man City's UCL opener round the corner, both the players would want to get that opportunity to start the match on Wednesday.

It seemed like both the players made their intentions very clear to each other during training session when they engaged in a hilarious fight. In a video recently released on social media, the duo can be seen going face-to-face against each other in what looked like a spontaneous wrestling match. While Bernardo Silva looked slightly worried with the sequence of events, it all ended with both the players sharing a smile.

The netizens and various media houses on social media capitalized on the situation and came up with hilarious captions for the video reflecting that the wrestling was being done for the starting spot on that right wing. Although it was all fun and banter between two teammates, it will actually be interesting to see who among the two gets the nod for match against RB Leipzig.
