As all players are joining their respective Indian Premier League (IPL) teams, a hilarious video of Indian leg spinner Yuzvendra Chahal was posted on Rajasthan Royals’ Instagram page. In the video, Yuzi enters the team hotel and immediately asks the staff the directions for the nearest restaurant.

Chahal says, “Meri biwi aayi hai usko khana khila dun," which loosely means "Me and wife are heading towards the restaurant, we need to eat." Then the video cuts to an old clip of the 31-year-old where he is placing a rather extravagant order of "three Aloo parathas, two masala dosas, tabasco, sriracha, two Dahi (curd) and three chocolate milkshakes.”

"All of us have THAT one friend... ? #RoyalsFamily | @yuzi_chahal23," the video has been captioned.

There have been some great food stories told by Chahal surrounding former Australian cricketer Andrew Symonds. Both Symonds and Chahal were teammates during their stint with the Mumbai Indians where they developed an incredible friendship. So whenever Chahal would be in Australia, Symmonds would host him.

Both cricketers would share a meal and also do activities like fishing together. So once, Symonds surprised Chahal as his wife prepared Butter Chicken, a famous Indian dish when he visited Australia.

The leg spinner shared this story in the interview show called Breakfast with Champions. He also delved deep into his friendship with Symonds as he said, “7 saal ho gaye. Mey usko abhi bhi message me kuch gaali likh ke bhej dunga na acha hi reply aayega, jam ke. (It’s been 7 years, and even if I send him an abusive text he will reply something nice).”
