As Chennai Super Kings get set to begin their IPL 2021 campaign against Delhi Capitals, their skipper MS Dhoni is certainly leaving no stones unturned to prepare for the match. The 39-year-old has been sweating it out in the CSK camp for a few weeks and has certainly found his old-touch back ahead of their opening encounter on Saturday.
MSD looking in supreme touch
The CSK skipper looked at his absolute best as he tonked a few humungous sixes while batting in the nets at Wankhede stadium. The 39-year-old has fond memories of doing the same at the iconic stadium and it looks like the fans might get to see some of the 2011 magic again, 10 years later. While MSD smashed some huge hits down the straight as usual, he also belted some towards the 'cow corner' region which is also one of his preferred areas to hit. If the early signs are to be believed, the bowlers will have to be certainly careful as Thala is looking in an extremely explosive mood ahead of the new season.

Thala and Chinna Thala reunited
Another thing to watch out for in today's match would be the reunion of CSK's legendary duo of MS Dhoni and Suresh Raina. Mr. IPL will return for the Yellow army after missing out the last season due to personal reasons. The franchise struggled in his absence but as the lethal duo reunited for IPL 2021, the fans cannot wait to see both of them return on the field on Saturday.
