MS Dhoni has been the talking point in India on Saturday after he attended an event in Chennai which was organized to celebrate CSK's brilliant IPL 2021 triumph. The 40-year-old was presented with an adorable painting of him, the pictures of which went viral on social media. However, it was his statements which delighted the whole cricket fraternity.

On being asked about his future, Thala promised the Yellow Army that he sees himself playing his last T20 game in Chennai, whether next year or in 5 years time. The word given by MSD was enough to create a festive atmosphere among all the fans as it was confirmed that fans will get to see the former Indian captain once again on the field before he bids adieu to cricket.

But one of the most heartwarming moments of the day was the time when MS Dhoni was shown the video of his comments after the IPL 2021 finale. "You can be proud of the legacy you've left behind for Chennai Super Kings that they can build on it. Ladies and Gentlemen, what a man, what a leader! MS Dhoni," Harsha Bhogle had said towards the end of his conversation with Thala in the post-match presentation in Dubai.

As MSD was listening to the commentator in silence, he couldn't help himself but to interfere and correct Harsha Bhogle. "Still, I haven't left behind," he said and the words got the whole cricket fraternity talking about him. On Saturday, the 40-year-old was watching the footage of the same on the big screen and it was his reaction which left everyone in awe.

Dhoni gave a sly smile when he watched him make the statement as he took a sip of water from his bottle. While it was just a smile from MSD, it spoke a thousand words for his fans who are eagerly waiting for him to return on the field once again.
