Chennai Super Kings skipper MS Dhoni was seen smashing towering sixes in the nets on Thursday as the franchise officially started their camp ahead of the IPL 2021. CSK players have started their preparations for the forthcoming season, starting April 9. The skipper was seen taking the bowlers to cleaners as he looked in good form.

The Yellow Army supporters were excited and delighted to see the sight of their favourite ‘Thala’ looking good with the bat before the cash-rich league. MS Dhoni landed in Chennai on March 3 and was later seen practicing alongside teammates after clearing RT-PCR tests during the mandatory quarantine.
Apart from the legend, Ambati Rayudu, Ruturaj Gaikwad, N Jagadeesan, R Sai Kishore and C Hari Nishaanth were also seen practicing in the camp. New recruit, medium-pacer Harishankar Reddy was also seen with the fellow teammates.

The season opener of IPL 2021 will be played between defending champions Mumbai Indians and Royal Challengers Bangalore in Chennai on April 9. Meanwhile, the three-time champions Chennai Super Kings will begin their campaign against Delhi Capitals in Mumbai.
