The match no. 32 in IPL 2021 between Punjab Kings and Rajasthan Royals has been full of entertainment in first half of the innings so far. On a good-looking batting wicket in Dubai, the RR batsmen played some glorious shots all over the park to provide some much-needed action that the tournament had been missing in first two matches of UAE leg.

While it was fun for everyone to see some big shots, there were some brilliant moments on the field as well. KL Rahul took a brilliant one-handed catch to dismiss Sanju Samson before Fabian Allen took a stunner to send Liam Livingstone back to the pavilion. Amid all this, there was a hilarious moment on the field as well which left everyone in splits.

Pooran has hilarious moment on the field

It was the first delivery of the 12th over, being bowled by Arshdeep Singh, as Liam Livingstone pulled the ball towards deep backward square leg. Nicholas Pooran came running towards the ball in an attempt to stop the RR batsmen from taking a double. However, the PBKS fielder made an absolute mess! As he tried to throw the ball, he did not realize that the ball had already slipped away from his hands.

While the batsmen completed two runs quite comfortably as a result, Pooran could only give a wry smile while finally throwing the ball towards KL Rahul. It would have been because of the dew on the field as Pooran was seen wiping his hands off his trousers. Although his side conceded an extra run, PBKS skipper KL Rahul could also see some humour in the incident and was caught laughing.
