While usually, it is indeed the footballers who hog all the limelight with their skills on display during a football match, it wasn't the case during a match in Bosnia. The footballers did play their match but the star of the show was undoubtedly an invading dog that not only showed great speed and athleticism but nutmegged a couple of footballers before it was taken out of the field.

The animal was taking a particular liking to the football and ran towards it quickly despite it being kicked a few yards away to separate the ball from the invader. However, all such efforts went in vain as the footballers themselves looked clueless against the skills of the dog. Later, it had to be taken off from the ground.

The video of the incident has gone viral on the Internet. Even Sky Sports has shared a video of the same. "Nuts ? Dog makes his move in midfield before nutmegging a player! ??" the video was captioned.

Earlier, the International Cricket Council had named a dog who had invaded the pitch during All-Ireland T20 Women's Cup match for a special award. The apex cricket governing body posted a picture of the dog on social media with the "ICC Dog of the Month | Special award," written on it. They also named the dog named Dazzle as the "best fielder in Ireland cricket" while announcing the award.

Netizens had even termed the dog's adventure on the cricket field the cutest pitch invasion with some suggesting that they wouldn't complain even if it is repeated. In the 9th over the second innings of the match, the batting side needed 27 runs to win off 21 deliveries, which is when the incident happened. The dog had sprinted towards the batter at the non-striker end, after picking a ball and having a run around the end with it, who held her in her arms while all the players and even the commentators saw the funny side of it.

Another video of spectators using the flag of USA to rescue a cat falling from the upper deck of the stadium had also gone viral. This incident was reported from a State University football game in Florida.
