Former India and Mumbai Indians batter Sachin Tendulkar has often been deemed as the God of Cricket. He is the leading highest runscorer in world cricket and has scored 100 centuries which are truly godly numbers. So when Rajasthan Royals fast bowler Kuldip Yadav met the Master Blaster, he touched the latter's feet as a sign of respect and honour.

Before their match, both Rajasthan Royals and Mumbai Indians came together during a practice session where players and coaches from the two teams interacted with each other. There were several videos where RR coach Kumar Sangakkara with Lasith Malinga were conversing with their counterparts Mahela Jaywardhene and Shane Bond.

In one of many such videos, the young bowlers from the Rajasthan Royals were clicking pictures with Sachin Tendulkar. One such player was left-arm fast bowler Kuldip Yadav from Delhi. As Yadav got a chance to be next to Sachin Tendulkar, the former bent down and touched his feet. The Master Blaster then took a picture with the 25-year-old.

The video was posted on the Mumbai Indians’twitter page with the caption, “A dream for many...a reality for a fortunate few! ?? ?????? ????????? is someone who will always transcend teams & rivalries ? #OneFamily #DilKholKe #MumbaiIndians  @sachin_rt  MI TV.”

This is not the first time a cricketer has tried touching Sachin Tendulkar’s feet. Former India all-rounder and Player of the Tournament in the 2011 ICC World Cup, Yuvraj Singh also did something in 2016 when he completed his 100th IPL match.
