Delhi Capitals spinner Ravichandran Ashwin gave an animated send-off to KKR skipper Eoin Morgan during the Indian Premier League match between Delhi Capitals and Kolkata Knight Riders. A fired up Ashwin celebrated in style as he ran past Morgan while celebrating the dismissal. Ashwin's animated reaction came after he was earlier involved in a heated argument with Tim Southee and Eoin Morgan in the 1st innings of the match.

The earlier incident took place in the 20th over when Southee was bowling to Ashwin. Ashwin hit the first ball of the final over straight to the deep square leg fielder and was caught by Nitish Rana. While Ashwin was walking back, he and Southee seemed to exchange a few words, which did not seem to be very pleasant. When it looked like the confrontation was over, Kolkata skipper Eoin Morgan also joined in and had a few words to say to Ashwin. Finally, Dinesh Karthik intervened and took Ashwin away.

However, Ashwin had the last laugh after that exchange of words in first innings as he gave a fiery send-off to Morgan after dismissing him on a two-ball duck. The off spinner induced a thick outside edge of Morgan's bat, which Lalit Yadav pouched superbly at first slip.
