One can never take his chance with Ravindra Jadeja on the field. Be it with a hefty catch or a pinching run, the Indian all-rounder knows how to get on top. He just supported his case for the same by flying into the air to dismiss the dangerous West Indian opener Chris Gayle early in the PBKS innings.

As Deepak Chahar has been bowling superbly, MS Dhoni evidently gave his bowler his third consecutive over in the powerplay. Chahar bowled a normal pace delivery to Gayle who closed the face of his bat very early, getting a mishit. As a result Jadeja was presented by a very tough catching opportunity, wherein he plunged and took a sensational catch mid-air.

Deepak Chahar bowled his 3 over spell in the powerplay giving only 13 runs and taking the 3 wickets. In overall, he ended his bowling with figures of 4/13.

Talking about Ravindra Jadeja, he was involved in the action since the very beginning of the match while running out PBKS captain, KL Rahul with a brilliant bullet throw in the third over.
