Chennai Super Kings’ all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja showed priceless expressions on the ground after completing his fourth catch in match number 12 of IPL 2021 that his side played against Rajasthan Royals. Jadeja, who doesn’t need any adjectives for his fielding excellence, put a sensational effort in the game to take as many as four catches, apart from returning figures of 2/28.

In an attempt to hit a slower delivery from outside of off-stump, Jaydev Unadkat sliced the ball at deep backward point where Ravindra Jadeja, one the best fielders in the world, cut its trajectory to complete his fourth catch. He then signalled the count of overall catches with his fingers to make the crowd notice his contribution. However, his funny expressions that followed the catch were amazing and they are now going viral on social media.

Ravindra Jadeja, who was involved in a brilliant run-out of KL Rahul and a sensational catch of Chris Gayle in the previous game, continued his red-hot form as fielder to produce another magical effort on the ground on Monday. The all-rounder took catches of Manan Vohra, Riyan Parag, Chris Morris and Unadkat in his side’s match against Rajasthan Royals. CSK eventually won the game by 45 runs.

After the game on Monday, Jadeja took his total tally of IPL catches to 74. He is at the eight spot in the list of players with most catches at the mega event. Suresh Raina (102) tops the list while Kieron Pollard (92) and Rohit Sharma (89) take the second and third spots respectively. AB de Villiers (83) and Shikhar Dhawan (80) follow them, while Virat Kohli (78) and Dwayne Bravo (76) are the other names before Jadeja on the list.
