As the Mumbai Indians and Kolkata Knight Riders look all set to lock horns in their upcoming fixture in the IPL, their captain Rohit Sharma could be seen bowling in the nets during the practice session. Notably, Rohit Sharma hasn’t bowled in the IPL since the 2014 edition.

Interestingly, Rohit Sharma back in his Deccan Chargers days was a regular bowler and bowled 46 overs in his first 3 seasons. It also included a hattrick against his current team Mumbai Indians in 2009. Back in the Deccan Charger days been spoken about Rohit Sharma had a usual and unorthodox action with his arm around like Lasith Malinga.

Also, the point to be noted here, Rohit bowled with his original action this time, with his arm coming much fuller close by to his ear. Rohit copied Harbhajan Singh's action the last time he bowled in competitive cricket - against England in February.

Mumbai Indians Captain, Rohit Sharma has 15 wickets in 201 IPL matches. He has only scalped one wicket for MI.

Meanwhile, Mumbai Indians continued to get off to a poor start in IPL, as they lost against RCB in the season opener. On the other hand, Eoin Morgan-led KKR side registered a 10-run win over Sunrisers Hyderabad in their first game of the season. All would be up for grabs as both teams are keen on making it into the playoffs with full force. Who comes out on top, find out tomorrow at 7:30 P.M.
