The T20I series between India and New Zealand kicked off on Wednesday at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium of Jaipur, the venue that hosted a cricket match after 8-long years. The teams were duly welcomed by the spectators and the Indian players put the cherry on the cake by gifting the home supporters a thrilling win in the game. The Men in Blue lead 1-0 with the three-match T20I series now moving to Ranchi for its second game.

The game at Sawai Mansingh Stadium started with Rohit Sharma winning the toss and opting to bowl first against the Black Caps. Bhuvneshwar bowled a beauty in the first over to dismiss in-form batter Daryl Mitchell for a duck. Riding on Martin Guptill's 70 and Mark Chapman's 63, New Zealand did well to post a total of 164/6 on the board. While it seemed that it would be a cakewalk for the Indian team, who were 56/1 after the first powerplay, the visitors did well to produce the turnaround and it was Suyakumar Yadav's 62 alongside skipper Rohit's 48 that helped India bag the game in the last over.

From the loud cheer of the fans to some quality game on display, the match had plenty of moments to watch and cherish. However, among the many, what certainly hogged the greater limelight was the funny incident involving Mohammed Siraj, Rohit Sharma and KL Rahul. Soon after India bagged the game by 5 wickets, a video went viral on social media that was shot by the cameraman during the game.

In the shared clip, Siraj could be seen staring towards the side of KL Rahul with both of them sitting in the dugout. The latter part of the drama sees Rahul suddenly turning his head towards Siraj and staring at the bowler back in a funny manner. However, that too failed to disturb Siraj's concentration. Meanwhile, Rohit Sharma, who was sitting behind the duo, slapped Siraj from behind in a funny manner before the three could share a laugh together.
