WATCH Sanju Samson shares glimpse of his quarantine routine ahead of Sri Lanka tour

Ahead of India's much-anticipated tour of Sri Lanka, BCCI has released a video of wicketkeeper Sanju Samson to give the fans a glimpse of the life of the cricketers in the ongoing 14-day quarantine in Mumbai. From full-day routine, workout regime, food and everything else, the 26-year-old shot his whole day in camera for the fans.

A day in Sanju Samson's life in quarantine

To start off the day, Sanju revealed that he always makes up his bed and opens the curtains after waking up. The Rajasthan Royals skipper then showed his living room where he spends the most of his day. In the video, it can be observed that the BCCI has made lot of arrangements for the cricketers, including many gym equipment, dumbbells and weights, to keep themselves fit during the quarantine.

The 26-year-old also had a photo with his wife kept inside the living room apart from lots of books which he is carrying with himself. He revealed that he is currently reading a novel by Richard Bach titled as 'Jonathan Livingston Seagull'. At 10:30 AM, Samson starts a training session with bar and medicine ball before finally having a healthy lunch where he gets quinoa, scrambled eggs, tea, soya keema and lot more.

Sanju also revealed that he loves his afternoon nap post lunch just like everyone else. He then shifts to an intense cycling session in evening to cap off his two training sessions of the day. After enjoying his time in the Mumbai rain, the 26-year-old ended his day with a nice ice bath.
