Despite the popular notion of cricket being a gentleman’s game, sometimes the emotions can get the better of even the calmest cricketers. There have been moments where even the calmest of the men- the likes of Rahul Dravid and MS Dhoni have shown emotions on the cricket field. Others, like Kieron Pollard and Virat Kohli, are more expressive and do not hold anything back on the field, giving it their all to make their team win.

Another such incident unfolded during the ongoing Pakistan Super League match between the Lahore Qalandars and the Quetta Gladiators. While Shaheen Shah Afridi bowled a great bouncer to which Gladiators captain Sarfaraz Ahmed had no answer and was hit on the helmet, the duo later even had a few words to share with each other. The incident happened in the 19th over of the Gladiators innings.

Check out the incident here:

Talking about the match, Opener Jake Weatherald top-scored for the Quetta Gladiators as they managed to put on 158/5. Other than Weatherald, captain Sarfaraz Ahmed (34*) and Azam Khan (33) also chipped in with useful contributions. James Faulkner was the pick of the bowlers for Lahore, scalping three wickets for 25 runs. In addition, Mohammad Hafeez and Rashid Khan picked a wicket each. In response, it hasn’t been an ideal start for Lahore and they have lost 5 wickets for 67 runs in 9 overs.
