The Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022 is nearing its end. Not only is the final being played at the world's largest cricket stadium - the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad but various other programs like the closing ceremony and the light and sound show have left the audience awe-struck.

The evening began with the closing ceremony of the tournament as Bollywood star Ranveer Singh was seen shaking his legs to many dance numbers before he made way for AR Rahman and his team. In a moment that will stay with the fans present at the venue for a long time, the crowd, reportedly over a lakh people in the stadium, joined Rahman for his popular rendition of "Vande Mataram."

Later, the crowd joined both the finalists- Gujarat Titans and Rajasthan Royals- in singing India's national anthem in unison. If this wasn't enough, fans were treated to an amazing light and sound show during the mid-innings interval at the venue.

The video of the same has surfaced on social media.

As far as the cricketing action is concerned, Rajasthan were restricted to 130/9 after they elected to bat first with Hardik Pandya scalping 3/17. While many cricket experts thought they might be a few short, Rajasthan have made the proceedings interesting by removing 2 Gujarat batters for 23 and keeping a check on the opponent's scoring rate.
