The Golden State Warriors eliminated the Denver Nuggets from the playoffs, thanks to another special performance by Steph Curry. The Dub Nation registered a 14-point victory as the game ended at 102-98. Curry scored 30 points with five rebounds and five assists while shooting 10-22 from the field and 5-11 from the deep.

As the game was nearing its end, the three-time NBA champion ran around the Denver defence before hitting a floater to ice the game with 30 seconds remaining. After making his shot, Curry wished the Nuggets crowd goodnight as another injury-riddled season ended in a disappointing fashion.

After the game, Steph Curry reacted to his special night and said, “Tonight was just a weird feeling because we hadn't been there in a while. We wanted it so bad, kind of made it a lot more difficult on ourselves. But we still remember how to do it, which is a good feeling.”

Teammate and fellow Splash Brother, Klay Thompson also praised Stephen Curry and expressed how he makes the game look effortless. He said, “He's our leader, our longest-tenured player, our MVP and without him, life is difficult. Steph Curry is one of a kind, and will continue to do the spectacular and make it look effortless.”

Golden State Warriors coach Steve Kerr also lauded Curry's amazing performance as he said, “I feel like he's built for the playoffs. This is what he's all about when you can actually exert the energy that he exerts and the competitive force and get a day off the next day and not have three games in five nights in every city.”
