MS Dhoni is one of the most followed cricketers in the world. He enjoys a crazy fan following, especially in Tamil Nadu as he has been part of the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) team for many years. He has even captained the franchise to the IPL title thrice (in 2010, 2011 and 2018). The MS Dhoni-led franchise also have the highest win percentage among all teams in the IPL (59.83%).
While MSD had retired from international cricket in August last year, he continues to lead CSK in the IPL. Notably, Dhoni is also one of the richest cricketers in the country. The former Team India skipper loves to spend time at his luxurious farmhouse named 'Kailashpati'. The farmhouse is spread across seven acres and is situated at Ranchi’s Ring Road. Dhoni is currently staying at his Ranchi house.

It also has a big gymnasium and a picturesque swimming pool. Dhoni’s farmhouse even houses a park and few indoor stadiums for different sports.

After the postponement of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021 due to COVID-19, Dhoni is spending some quality time with his family at his farmhouse in Ranchi. In a video shared by Sakshi recently, the former Indian skipper was seen pampering his new horse ‘Chetak’ adorably. Dhoni and Sakshi recently welcomed Chetak to their home.
Dhoni has also recently bought a new house in Pune’s Pimpri-Chinchwad. He has reportedly purchased the home at the Estado Presidential society in Ravet.
