Although things calmed down for the moment, it all resurfaced during the second innings when Kohli came to bat. The 33-year-old was looking in fantastic touch and was not giving any chance to the opposition to say something to him.
However, Bavuma finally got his opportunity to give a reply to what happened during his batting. As Kohli mistimed a sweep shot off Tabraiz Shamsi, the ball struck the bottom of the bat and looped up in the air and got straight into the hands of Proteas skipper. And while he did not choose to say anything to Kohli, it was his actions that spoke everything.
