The Match 31 of the Indian Premier League between Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) and Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) started with a bang. Lucknow captain, KL Rahul won the toss and asked Faf du Plessis troops to bat first. For RCB, Anuj Rawat and Faf du Plessis opened the innings while Dushmantha Chameera started off the bowling for LSG.
The DY Patil wicket offered bounce and movement off the ball and pacer utilised it to his strength. Chameera concentrated on his line and length and didn’t allow RCB batsmen to open their arms. His discipline with the ball got the bowler wicket on last two deliveries he bowled in that over, with Virat Kohli being one of those.
Opener Anuj Rawat scored 4 runs while Virat Kohli registered golden duck in RCB’s seventh league game in 15th edition of IPL.

How did wicket fell?
Dushmantha Chameera bowled a good length delivery to Anuj Rawat and latter tried to clear the mid off fielder. However, KL Rahul came quickly towards the ball and grabbed outstanding low catch. On the very next delivery, Chameera bowled a short of a length delivery and Virat Kohli smashed it straight to the point fielder.
At the end of powerplay, Royal Challengers Bangalore lost 3 wickets and scored 47 runs.
