Though Rajasthan Royals are at the last spot in the IPL 2021 points table with just 1 win in 4 games, it seems like their entire team have decided to lift their spirits up by taking every half chance. The latest being Yashasvi Jaiswal who grabs a terrific diving catch to dismiss West Indian hard hitter Sunil Narine for just 5 runs.

In the 10th over Sanju Samson handed the ball to Jaydev Unadkat in the hopes of getting regular wickets and piling up the pressure on KKR. On the 5th delivery of the over, Jaydev Unadkat bowled a short ball to Narine, who wanted to pull but got a top edge on it. The ball went towards square leg where Yashasvi Jaiswal came in running, dived forward and pulled off a stunning catch to dismiss the player.

Yashasvi Jaiswal redeemed himself after he failed to grab a relatively easier catch early on in the innings when he dropped Shubman Gill in the 4th over of Chetan Sakariya’s bowling. This is Jaiswal’s first game in IPL 2021 as he replaced opener Manan Vohra.

After Sunil Naraine’s wicket, KKR seemed to be in a spot of bother with their top 3 going back to the pavilion for mere 55 runs on the board in 10 overs. KKR has also won just 1 game in 4 contests played so far in IPL 2021.
