Every team wants to play a competitive game when they enter the field but it is also important to play in the spirit. Rajasthan Royals' opener Yashasvi Jaiswal showed why cricket is called a gentleman's game in the ongoing Qualifier 1 game against Gujarat Titans. Despite being a big game, Jaiswal played showed the spirit of the game as he walked off after nicking despite being given not-out by the umpire.

It happened in the final ball of the 2nd over. Yash Dayal bowled a swinging length delivery and Jaiswal tried to loft it over covers with no feet movement. The ball took the edge and went to wicketkeeper Saha. The Titans' players all went up in an appeal, but Jaiswal didn't wait for the umpire to lift his finger and started walking.

Sanju Samson steadies RR's ship after early blow

After this early wicket of Yashaswi Jaiswal out came the RR captain, Sanju Samson and with some serious intent. The swashbuckling batter started to play his shots from the ball go. On the very first ball he faced; Samson hit a massive six off Yash Dayal over long-on. He continued to smash GT bowlers all around the park as he sent the ball to the boundary three times after that first-ball-six. The RR skipper ensured RR end the powerplay on high as he clobbered Alzarri Joseph for two huge sixes in the sixth over.
