Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) players Glenn Maxwell and Yuzvendra Chahal were involved in some fun banter after RCB defeated Rajasthan Royals by 10 wickets on Thursday. Chahal took two catches in the game but he wasn't too pleased with Glenn Maxwell reaping the rewards with "TV diving". Notably, Glenn Maxwell had pouched a diving catch to send Shivam Dube back to the pavilion.

Chahal also took two good catches against Rajasthan but was was ignored for the post-match prize, which is given for the best fielding effort during the match. After the game, Chahal complained to his  teammates about Glenn Maxwell "making a simple catch look hard" and getting a phone as a reward for his "theatrics".

"I took two catches, made difficult catches look easy. That guy in the corner (Maxwell) made a simple catch look hard," Chahal said to teammate Shahbaz Ahmed, who concurred with Chahal and added, "Just for a phone."

Chahal also took his complaint to RCB's director of cricket, Mike Hesson. Meanwhile, Maxwell also didn't remain behind and soon joined the banter. He gave an appropriate riposte to Chahal and quipped, "The fact that you took one catch is a miracle enough. But two in a game - the batters are silly enough to hit it to you twice."

Royal Challengers Bangalore remain the only unbeaten team in the 2021 edition of IPL. Virat Kohli's men are off to a dream start, winning all their four matches and they will take on second  placed Chennai Super Kings on Sunday. This will be a crucial match for both the teams as the winner will be guaranteed the top-spot.
