The Wednesday evening showed a new talent in Shashank Singh who grabbed quite a few eyeballs with his lusty blows in the last over of SRH's innings.
Shashank Singh, being sent to bat at No. 7, finished SRH's innings on a high as he with Marco Jansen accumulated 25 runs off the last over. The SRH all-rounder took Lockie Ferguson to the cleaners as he hit him for three consecutive sixes off the last three balls.
The right-arm batter showed great game awareness and brought his range of shots to the fore. He ended up scoring 25* off just 6 balls with the help of three sixes and a boundary. On the back of his cameo, SRH were able to post 195/6 in their 20 overs.
