Former Indian skipper Virat Kohli has become synonymous with greatness and is regarded among the best ever to serve the game of cricket. Kohli has shattered several batting records and over the years he has built a reputation as a batter of the highest standard and commitment.

Although Virat Kohli is going through a rough patch in terms of his batting and hasn't scored runs up to his reputation, there are hardly any effects on his followership and admiration amongst fans. Kohli, who is currently on a break after the month-long Indian Premier League, will resume his national duties against England starting next month.

Meanwhile, the 33-year old batter recently became the first Asian to get 200 million followers on the social media platform i.e. Instagram, the highest by any Indian or any Indian sportsperson on the photo-sharing social app.

In the latest turn of events, Kohli's brother, Vikas Kohli found himself at the receiving end of social media trolling as one of the Instagram users tried to pull his leg by comparing his Instagram followers with his younger brother.

The Instagram user wrote on Vikas' post, "Bhai ka 200 million subscribers hogaya sale ka I million v nahi hua (Brother's subscribers have reached 200 million and you haven’t reached 1 Million.” The comment caught Vikas' attention as he was quick to give a befitting reply. Vikas Kohli responded by commenting, "bache kuch productive karo...yaha gyan mat banto (do). (Kid please do something productive don’t lecture here."

Earlier, the Bangalore batter himself took the Instagram to thank his supporters and expressed gratitude for all the love and support. "200 mil strong. Thanks for all your support insta fam," Kohli wrote along with a montage of his Instagram posts.
