As Rohit Sharma celebrates his 35th birthday today, he has been showered with a lot of heartwarming messages and wishes on his special day. One such message came from India leg spinner Yuzvendra Chahal who posted a carousel of pictures with the Hitman on the latter's birthday.

The post was captioned, “The love & respect for my Rohitaa Shramaa will always be constant on & off-field Found my bade bhaiya Wishing you lifetime of happiness, amazing games & good health Happy birthday Hitman.”

But more than the caption, it was Rohit Sharma’s wife Ritika Sajdeh's comment on the post that stole the limelight. "The last picture got me your photos are more romantic than mine," Ritika commented. Living up to his witty reputation, Chahal talked about how his wife also agrees with Ritika’s judgement.  "I'm sure bhabhi my wife also has the same thing to say," he wrote.

We have not performed together as a team: Robin Singh

But unlike this fun internet banter, the Mumbai Indians season has been extremely disappointing as the five-time champions have failed to win a single game this season. Addressing these woes, MI batting coach Robin Singh talked about the team’s mindset before facing Rajasthan Royals.

He said, “We have not performed together as a team. We have done well in bits and pieces in games, you have to be consistent throughout a T20 game. We have been hoping to do that, the CSK game we got very close. We are ready to finish on a high, we still have the hunger to win and make sure we make the team proud.”
