Former Indian all-rounder Yuvraj Singh has announced his association with Curia, an application that empowers cancer patient with accurate and current information on treatment. The retired cricketer has shared his excitement on the partnership with the application.

While announcing his collaboration with the cancer treatment application, Yuvraj Singh took to social media and wrote, "I’m happy to share that I’ve joined hands with Curia - an app that empowers cancer patients with the right information for their treatment & boosts research. Having gone through this journey myself, I’m excited to see the support & hope Curia helps many patients."

After the 2011 ICC World Cup, the man of the tournament Yuvraj Singh was diagnosed with cancer in his left lung and was treated with chemotherapy.

In his international career, Singh has played 402 matches and scored 11,778 runs in 391 innings with an average of 35.5 as he scored 17 centuries and 71 half-centuries.
