The much-anticipated continental tournament, the Men’s Asia Cup 2025 will commence on Tuesday, September 9. The tournament, which will be played in T20 format this year, will be held entirely in the UAE, with the final set to be played on September 28. The tournament will see eight teams, placed in two groups fight for the coveted title across the next 20 days.
In the tournament opener will be played between the Group B placed teams - Hong Kong and Afghanistan at the Sheikh Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi. The match will commence from 8:00 pm onwards after the officials decided to push back the timing due to the current heat wave.
