Has Cameron Green announced his arrival in IPL 2026? Well, it seems so! The Australian star finally ended his streak of poor performances to hit his first fifty of the season. Green achieved the feat during the KKR’s sixth clash of the season against the Gujarat Titans in Ahmedabad on Friday, April 17. The game saw visiting skipper Ajinkya Rahane win the toss and invite the rivals to field first. However, contrary to their expectations, the KKR didn’t get off to a favorable start, and lost their skipper in the opening over, and lost three wickets in the powerplay. 

However, Green, who came in to bat at fourth found his momentum and hit his first 50 of the season. This came as a boost for the side since Green wasn’t able to contribute much with the bat as well as the ball, despite being a hefty purchase. On Friday, Green utilized 34 deliveries to hit a blazing half century and find his form.
